Tips once or every month, what a monthly tier gives, and restoring what you have bought.
Mediagg has no adverts and no trackers. The support screen says it plainly: Mediagg has no adverts and no trackers, which means the only thing paying for it is people choosing to. Any of these helps, and none of them is expected.
A tip is a thank-you, not a key. Nothing in the app is held back from anybody who has not given.
Where it is
At the very top of Settings, above Common: Enjoying Mediagg? — Tap to see various ways you can support us to keep delivering better features. It opens Support Mediagg.
The row is there only where the app is sold through a store — the Google Play build and the App Store build. A build that cannot take a payment does not show a row leading to a screen with no prices on it.
The two kinds

Every price is the store's, in your own currency, and a tier the store does not quote is simply not listed.
The three monthly tiers give exactly the same thing, for different amounts: Alternate app icons and a supporter badge while it runs. Cancel whenever you like.

Already paid?
Restore purchases — Ask the store what this account owns — after a reinstall, or on a new device. Purchases belong to your store account, not to the phone, so a new device only needs asking.
A payment the store is still waiting on is not lost. The store is waiting for your payment. This will update as soon as it goes through. If something goes wrong instead, the screen says The store could not complete that. Nothing has been charged.
